It feels like summer is winding down.
Loralai is going into preschool this September, so we are gearing up for that. She's pretty stoked.
We've been picking lots of corn and spaghetti squash from our garden. Yummo. We are going to have an Autumn party and have only things from our garden, so that will include....corn on the cob, spahetti squash, pumpkin pie, roasted pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, watermelon if it's still good, and I have to come up with a cool autumn drink.
On another note (this might work for my autumn drink acutally) I am obsessed with Nestle's powder chai tea mix. It is the yummiest drink ever, and I have it every morning while I check my emails and blogspot. If you see it in your grocery store, you should try it!
Our kitchen reno is ocming along, slowly, as I'm sure all kitchen renos go! The drywall is going up today! Wahoo. Oh and our fridge broke down amidst all the chaos, so everything in the fridge spoilt and we had to fork out a grand for a new fridge. It's coming today so I can put the cooler away! Will post pics soon.

Its so sad to think of the warm sunny days of summer coming to an end! But your Autumn party sounds like lots of fun! Enjoy your next couple of days before your little one is off to school!

i am so excited for fall to come. it is my favorite time of year. i love the change in color and those precious plump pumpkins, gotta love em.
