We had such an awesome day yesturday...the sun was shining and the girls and I spent most of it outdoors. I love those kinds of days, where you spend so much time outside that when you go to bed, you feel like you've earned your bedtime! I think the combo of some sunshine (we have had 26 consecutive days of rain this month!) and the fresh air was just what I needed to boost my mood. I was feeling in a bit of a rut.
Last night my hubby K and I made some virgin strawberry daiquiri's and sat in the sun and sipped them. It was awesome, and I can't wait for long, warm summer nights where we can sit at the patio and drink strawberry daiquiri's!

I am soooo happy it is summer...a strawberry daiquir or margerita sounds good...but I settled for a coke slurpee today....Happy Summer!
I can't wait for those days either! They can't come soon enough for me! As far as ecorating my house a little bit country, shabby is totally my style!!! Wish I had time to do more decorating though! Have a great day!
